1. By clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button, The Buyer accepts these conditions. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by The Buyer to purchase The Goods, subject to availability and delivery, as confirmed by The Seller.

2. Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed conclusive of the Buyer's acceptance of these conditions.

3. Any variations of these conditions will have to be agreed by the two parties and confirmed in writing by The Seller.

4. Delivery of The Goods will be made to The Buyer's address, as soon as The Goods are available. It will be The Buyer's responsibility to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of The Goods whenever they are ready for delivery. We strive to deliver goods to The Buyer's credit card billing address within 10 working days from the date of purchase. Any delays will be notified by The Seller to The Buyer.

5. Although every effort will be made by The Seller to meet delivery dates, these are estimates only and The Seller will not be liable for delays outside The Seller's control.

6. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of postage. This will be added to the final total. All items will be sent via registered post.

7. All transactions are in British Pounds.

8. Should The Buyer not be satisfied with The Goods, once received, he must inform The Seller immediately in writing. The Seller accepts to take The Goods back, provided The Buyer returns The Goods within 10 working days of delivery. The Seller will refund the money paid for The Goods, provided they are returned within the time limit and that they are in perfect conditions.

9. The Seller shall not be deemed responsible for any failure to perform its duty due to causes of Force Majeure. Force Majeure meaning: fire, flood, lightning, act of God, act of terrorism, war, riot, sabotage, strike, disputes or any other circumstances outside the control of The Seller.

10. Claims for defective or missing products will only be accepted if notified in writing and received by The Seller not later than 10 working days from delivery date.

11. Out of Stock Goods. Should The Goods ordered be out of stock, The Seller will inform The Buyer and offer to change the order or refund the money paid.

12. All our products are hand-made therefore colors, texture and shapes can vary and The Seller cannot guarantee uniformity of The Goods.

13. Wholesale prices are available on request and subject to trade references and a minimum total order value of £ 100.00 .
